Project Completion

At Ridgewater we are always excited to unveil your completed project and hand over the keys, but one final step is required. Before occupancy we must perform a final inspection and walk-through to familiarize you with your new home. This includes all exterior and interior finishes, products, services and operations including maintenance schedules. As well, familiarize you with your 2-5-10 New Home Warranty or 2 year Renovation Warranty and Manufacturer Warranties.
