Our Code Of Conduct

Ridgewater serves its clients and treats its competitors, subcontractors and suppliers with honesty and integrity. The code of conduct is a set of rules that are put in place for all members of the Ridgewater crew and that we apply to all our sub-trades to follow.

  • CSA approved footwear, and hard hats must be worn on job sites.

  • Reflective shirts or vests must be worn around equipment.

  • No horseplay, running or fighting of any kind will be tolerated on any Jobsite at any time and is strictly forbidden.
